Senior Integration Developer·.NET & Azure
I have spent seventeen years building business applications and the integrations that connect them. Most of that work has been in .NET and, for the last several years, on Azure Integration Services. I like the part of the job that comes before the code: sitting with the people who do the work, understanding the process, and designing something that actually fits it.
I work as an independent developer and consultant. I take on senior engineering roles, and I also build websites and automation for small businesses.
What I do
Application development
Full-stack .NET work, from gathering requirements through to a deployed product. C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL and Azure infrastructure, with a modern front end on top.
AI-assisted automation
Finding the manual, repetitive steps inside a business process and removing them. This is where I am putting most of my learning time at the moment.

BusyBay
A multi-tenant booking platform for Australian automotive workshops. I designed and built it end to end: .NET 8 API, Next.js front end, PostgreSQL, JWT authentication, hosted on Azure.

Message-based integration between line-of-business systems using Azure Integration Services. Logic Apps for orchestration, API Management as the front door, Service Bus and Event Grid for decoupling.
What I am working on now
- Building BusyBay, currently on the booking interface.
- Studying for Microsoft Exam AI-200, Developing AI Cloud Solutions on Azure.
- Starting to contribute to open source projects and write about the work.
- Taking on freelance builds for small businesses.
